Developmental Therapy
In partnership with Tennessee Early Intervention System (TEIS), Kids Putnam provides services to families who have children birth to three with developmental disabilities or delays. Services are provided at no cost to the families and are voluntary. Utilizing qualified professionals, our Developmental Therapists work with the family to help them understand their child's overall development.

Center-Based Services
Drop-In Services :: In a classroom setting, the Developmental Therapist works with the child on goals set by the parents. Peers model different types of social and play skills while interacting with the child. The caregiver can attend one class a month with the child.
Caregiver and Me :: In a small group setting, the Developmental Therapist works with the Caregiver and Child to meet goals and work across all five domains (cognitive, motor, language, self-help, social-emotional) for one hour each week.
In-Home Services
Our Developmental Therapists follow a coaching model working with caregivers to help their children meet and exceed their goals. Research shows that children learn best in their natural environments and within routines. The Developmental Therapist will work with the family to find out what their priorities are and assist in enhancing developmental strategies throughout everyday activities and routines.
